a technicality that a lot of people upset that that's how the lions lost. in dallas the cowboys lost to the washington redskins. rg3, robert griffin iii was the star throwing for over 300 yards, four touchdowns. he looked really really good. but no one looked better than the patriots and worse than the jets. they were the biggest turkey on thanksgiving. the patriots beat the jets, really pete up on the jets, 49-19 in a game, it wasn't even that close. the patriots scored three touchdowns in 52 glorious seconds in the second quarter. it blew the game wide open. this was coach bill belichick's 200th win as the head coach. it was dom naturing. and it kept me up way later. >> you stayed up -- >> when they're winning. when they're scoring that many points how are you going to fall asleep? i'd put my head down and look up and they scored another touchdown. it was great. all right. >> missed it. >> so we've talked our faces off about the patriots and black friday and my voice apparently will hold out at least a little bit more. but, do you guys know what folks are calling saturday? here's a

the automatic review. still he should have known better. and the lions went on to lose. meanwhile in dallas, the cowboys lost to the washington redskins 38-31. washington quarterback robert griffin the third, rg3 was the star throwing for over 300 yards and four touchdowns. he looked great. also looking great yesterday the new england patriots. they just mauled the jets. the jets clearly the biggest turkey of the day. the patriots won 49-19. the game wasn't even that close. the patriots at one point, they scored three touchdowns in 52 seconds. that's almost mathematically impossible, folks, but it was wonderful to see. julian edelman. this was bill belichick's 200th win as a head coach. so congratulations to coach belichick. here's another one of the touchdowns. we could watch this for hours there were so many touchdowns. >> that's right. boston boy next to me. proud man this morning. stayed up late to watch the game. eight minutes after the hour. cooler temperatures creeping in just as the holiday rolls into the weekend. rob marciano down in atlanta there. >> quite the gloat next year. >>

at the dallas fed saying we ought to put a clear cap on it. it might be a little more interesting reading than we normally have the beige book. that got comments this morning. a lot of talk about costco and now joining the special dividend club. there are lists of cash rich stable companies that may be able to join this special dividend club. here's a couple i've seen bandied about this morning. william sonoma for one. home depot another one i heard bandied around. office max another one and even p petsmart i heard bandied around as special dividend candidate. about the knight capital deal and getco offer of 3.50. they asked if knight could survive as stand alone company at this point. it's not clear. the board as changed. there are new people on the board that represent various interests. there are people on the board that are maybe likely motivated to sell. who knows. former managing director of general atlantic is on the board. it's complicated. i've asked if other bidders might emerge out there. think about this. only two bidders mentioned are not publicly traded. i don't think that's an a
